Wow, that's tough. I mean, Jackie would definitely flip through a ladder and flip the ladder and become some kinda human flipping ladder machine.

But on the other hand, Mac would take a soda machine and turn it into some kind of tank. But I've seen Jackie take tank fire and keep on trucking, so I'd give the edge to Jackie for the win.

Does Macgyver know that he's fighting Jackie Chan? Prep for Joe Average and prep for Jackie Chan are two entirely different things.

Depends on how much MacGuyver knows about Jackie Chan. If he knows enough to realize Jackie can tank way more than the average person and shouldn't be underestimated, then MacGuyver could definitely find some specific way to take him down. However, if all he knows is 'really strong martial artist', MacGuyver would probably underestimate him and lose. Going by the old movies and how he's generally portrayed, anyways.
