Hah. This happened at my house too about a year ago.
Some guy was running from the police and ran to my backyard and actually entered our house (it was day time btw.) My mom yelled at him to get out and he ran scared lol.

I was in class when it happened but I got home right after it happened but the police had my place surrounded so I couldn't enter :\
