~~~Rules and Regulations~~~ -The rapper listed first goes first. -Each rapper must spit a pair of 12 line verses, alternating Rapper A-Rapper B-Rapper A-Rapper b. -The first rapper has 24 hours from this post to post their first 12 lines. The second rapper then has 24 hours from the first rapper's post to post their own rap. From there another 24 hours for Rapper A, and from there another 24 hours for rapper B. -After the final verse has been posted, there will be a 36 hour voting period. Please bold your votes. -You can’t vote on your own match. -As always, keep the player hatin' to a minimum. -Extensions may be allowed on a discretionary basis. -In case of a tie at the end of the voting period, there will be a tiebreaker round. A new topic will be posted with the 2 raps from each rapper, and each rapper will then be allowed to spit a further 12 line verse, in the same alternating order, followed by another round of voting.

Um wow this is pretty close. I thought Jdizzy's first verse was by far the worst in the battle. But I thought his second was the best by a hair. Extha's were decent, but not up to his usual par, some good multis the content wasn't mindblowing, and the flow seemed a little off at times. Fortunatley the flow didn't hurt Extha in my eyes, because it wasn't any different for Dizzy.
Also what's the deal with ending a sentence and then putting a random word at the end of the line? j did it twice here and MP3 did it twice as well. It looks really awkward and I think it totally disrupts the flow.
It's pretty common in rap battles, but it translates poorly when typed out, and it needs to be done consistently throughout the rap to make it flow. It usually indicates a pause before the word, and to keep the flow you need multiple pauses.
Check it out starting from 11:30, he does it quite well imo.

It's a clever way to make a simile with one less syllable (ie: you don't have to use like or as)
For example (to explain my SUPER CLEVER rap): Too slow to get my flow; getting lost (like) Jack (from lost). Don't mess with me I'm on the number one (like a) big mac (a "number one" at mcdonalds is a big mac, which has "special sauce" on it)
or as Drake says in "Forever" Swimming in the water come and find me (like) Nemo.
