Loki is from the Marvel Comics Universe. He possesses great strength and endurance. Additionally Loki is immune to all diseases and toxins. Loki has extensive training in magic, and possesses the ability to manipulate magical forces for a variety of purposes: energy projection, creation of force fields, temporarily increasing his own physical strength, granting superhuman abilities to living beings or inanimate objects, flight, hypnosis, illusion casting, and inter-dimensional teleportation. Loki is also a master shapeshifter.

Aside from his mystical abilities, Loki possesses a brilliant intellect. However, his arrogance, his passionate hatred of Thor, and all-consuming lust for power greatly impeded his ability to bring his well-laid plans to fruition. He is an expert manipulator and schemer, is sometimes armed with a sword, a whip, or a three-pronged spear and has used magical items (such as the Norn Stones) to enhance his powers.


VERSUS


Ultimate Deathsaurer is from Zoids: Guardian Force and it is a huge Zoid that likes to destroy stuff. The Zoid has several weapons attached to it. It has a Super Charged Particle Cannon which can destroy cities in a single blast. It also has spear missiles attached to its tail which enable it to fire missiles which then turn into spears that rain death upon its foes. Defensively, its armor is top notch for a Zoid being able to withstand massive amounts of damage before it even gets scratches on it. It also has an energy shield which is capable of withstanding some of the most deadly attacks in all of Zoids.
