Most of the time, I forget that Tangrowth exists.
See, in some cases they gave them new evolutions but they didn't fix what didn't work with the previous stage either, thus leading to the pokémon staying bad despite evolving. Or maybe something like: HP: 65 -> 80 Attack: 80 -> 85 Defense: 140 -> 135 Sp. Attack: 40 -> 45 Sp.
