This actually happened to me with a 3DS game this christmas, Ace Combat 3D.

I brought it, told them the game wasn't inside, and they got me a new one.

Ooh, change of topic- what's AC:AHL like? I love the old AC games but thought Assault Horizon was terrible. I know AHL is a remake of AC2, but have they ruined the gameplay with the same reliance on cinematic QTEs and set=pieces that made AH almost unplayable, or is it more like how AC used to be?
