- Vote from 0-10, use 5 as an average, decimals are okay. - Don't be lame and use alts or anything like that. - Only vote if you've played enough of the respective game to have a good feel for the character. This if of course subjective for the character so you'll have to use your own judgment. But if you played fifteen minutes of the game once, you probably don't know the character well enough. - Nominations are closed until further notice.
I feel like this one in particular should get a revote sometime next month. Based on FFXIII alone...
6.5/10. Is likable in the scenes shes in, and is great as Snow's (and to a slightly lesser extent Light's) motivation in the story, but beyond that, shes essentially damsel in distress for the entire game. (yes, crystal sleep counts)

A staple formula for FF villains: "They only do this, but lets kill them anyway!!!"

When you've got a pretty-boy monkey on your back constantly calling you a puppet, you hardly want to seem like you're happy to be used. - DSakaCharanJ
First of all, she's cute. Secondly, the reason she gets turned into a fal'cie is because of some heroic sacrifice. That's about it, the rest of the game she's a crystal. Plus, she loves SNOW, and Snow is terrible, so she also must be terrible.
She's just kind of there, doesn't really have much that stands out about her, good or bad. I don't not enjoy her appearances or anything, and she has some value from interacting with other characters, so I'll say she's kind of average due to being too bland to be anything else.

From: LeonhartFour | #007 I don't actually think that'll be possible in XIII-2.
I think he meant that the guy should've kept Serah on-hold until a good deal after FF XIII-2 came out since it's more focused on her, which I agree on. This day should've just been on whoever was after her.

No point really. She was nominated and she is already an established character, at least more so than a few of the others we've already rated. Yeah I hate the fact that she isn't getting rated with the addition of being a main protagonist, but there's no reason here to currently cut her out. If it bothers people, she can be renominated and rated again assuming the rating contest is still going on late February or March and beyond. ---

I always found sympathy with Serah. Knowing your imminent doom is much harder to swallow than a realization that all our ends will eventually come sooner or later. I can kinda see why other's might see her as a damsel in distress, but to me she wasn't distressed she was already "gone". Atleast story wise we saw no forwarding emotion, just past references. Safe to say she isn't as cool as her sister, but I admired her courage. 6.5 ---
