This is weird, and somewhat worrysome. I'm getting $15 more in my weekly paycheck than I had been getting last year. Same amount of hours, same pay, just less taxes taken out. I don't want to get screwed at tax time... is this happening to anyone else?

No, I would think the opposite since the social security tax cut expired. Look at the deductions on your paycheck this year versus last year. I don't know what you participate in--health insurance, retirement plan, etc.
