They have by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.


I seriously doubt it could be worse than Comcast's. It took 6 weeks for them to turn my internet on after multiple dealings on the phone and in person. They required a lot of information that I've never had to give to another ISP, they lied constantly about when things would be done. Most of the time talking to them on the phone they were so low I had to jam the phone in my ear to hear things. Often talking to 1 person on the phone would require being transferred up to 3 times and in many cases they would either transfer me to the wrong place or they would transfer me to a number no one even picked up. When I asked to speak to a manager they literally told me I couldn't.

Comcast is absolutely the worst

My cable box wasn't working and after 2 hours of talking to robots they told me to bring mine to their office in Rockford to exchange it, which is another 2 hours away
I did this, it took up most of a Sunday
Got home and the new box didn't work
They sent a technician who fixed the problem in 20 minutes
Gah.

We've got an Asus Netbook and we haven't had any issues with it. So as a product they are great, can't really speak on their customer service skills since i've yet to need them.

And yeah, Comcast is the worst. My Cable went down, guy came to the house told me he had to rewire the entire house and it was a two man job and he'd have to come back. Said he would call us later in the day after getting back to the office and speaking to his supervisor. Never called back. I called up DirecTV and they sent 1 guy spent 1 hour, hooked me up without rewiring the house. Called Comcast and discontinued service.
