Alright so how comes I can talk to my customers super easily without being shy or awkward as **** but when I'm talking to other strangers but while I'm aren't working it's the complete opposite?
If I was only saying work related crap I could understand but I'm often having long conversations about various subject with my customers and more than once I've been told that it shows that I worked a lot with the public before (I never worked with the public before).
Explain this ****.
