ELIMINATED
Anna Aoi (Godannar) - A high school student and skilled robot pilot, she was to be married to Goh before the re-emergence of the Mimetic beasts interrupted their ceremony. Becomes the pilot of Neo Okusaer, and later Go Okusaer.

Cat Valentine (Victorious) - happy, positive person who can be ditsy at times. She always seems to be in a good mood and is often random, mainly in the way that she spontaneously tells stories about her very weird brother.

Cherry Darling (Grindhouse: Planet Terror) - A go-go dancer with a machine gun leg

Cissnei (Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core) - A turk wielding a Giant shuriken. Strong of mind and body, Shuriken (Female) takes it upon herself to look after the other Turks, especially the junior members.
Cybil Bennet (Silent Hill) - strong-willed female police officer from Brahms, a town neighboring Silent Hill.

Elliot Reed (Scrubs) - “Blonde Doctor” frequent love interest to JD. Intern than co-chief at Sacred Heart.

Judge Anderson (Judge Dredd) - She is a psychic. In addition to being able to sense approaching danger and foresee events of the near future, as did her namesake, she also has telepathy.

Kei (Dirty Pair) - The most beautiful babe to bust your balls faster then you can squeal mommy, the loose cannon herself, Kei. Like her hair color, Kei has a powerful fire in her that is matched only by her deadly crack shot with a blaster gun.

Kimberly Pine (Scott Pilgrim) - s Scott's ex-girlfriend and the drummer of Sex Bob-omb, Scott's band. During gigs Kim counts in the band, usually by screaming some variation of: "We are Sex Bob-omb! ONE-TWO-THREE-FOUR!

Luka Millfy (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger) - is GokaiYellow. A tomboy and the ship's lookout who dislikes needing to have a reason to act. Excels in RECON and exploration, and has a strong tenacity for treasure hunting, earning her respect from her peers.

Rally Vincent (Gunsmith Cats) - tarts out her career owning and operating the Gunsmith Cats gun shop as well as collecting and stashing all sorts of weapons in her own house. Rally pretends she's 21 so she can keep her gun shop permit. What I meant was you may have already made it too slow. You get 2 rounds in through the night and then you're probably sleeping or too busy to put up the next round so it goes all day without another round instead of an hour. If the round wasn't "as" slow you might actually get in a 3rd before you had to sleep/leave.

Still, if it absolutely must stay at 4 for now I definitely wouldn't go to 3 saves an hour nor make it 2 saves to save a character any time soon.
