Board 8 > Does anyone here hate the LEGO games?

Lego Batman, Harry Potter, Indiana Jones, etc.

That series is like the definitive "fun game" that's not serious at all. I also haven't heard of or seen anyone trashing these games. Just seeing if that's common throughout the board as well.

I find them to be consistently ok. Nothing bad to say, but I'm not preordering any of them either.

I liked Star Wars, got only the EP 1-3, didn't buy 4-6 or both trilogies...

Rented Indiana Jones because free coupon... and then never played another...

They're just all the same... honestly...

The complete Star Wars one is the best. I also have LEGO Batman, which is okay, and I've played Indiana Jones... They really are mostly the same. I think I just like the Star Wars LEGO games most because lightsabers.

I prefer quality over quantity. My time to play games is so limited that I can't seriously spend time playing anything that is just 7/10.

The LEGO games look 'OK' to me but not worth my time.

I played the Indiana Jones one and didn't like it at all. Hearing that they are all the same will keep me from touching another one. I wouldn't say I hate them, though.

I've only played Lego Star Wars I and II and Lego Batman but I imagine all of them have kind of the same gameplay

I always think it's going to be fun but it's just the same thing over and over with no voices. The no voices acting part really kills it for me.

Lego Pirates of the Caribbean was probably the best Lego game.

Personally, I thought Lego Batman was the worst, though I've yet to play the Harry Potter ones.

I'd honestly put LEGO Star Wars in my top 20 games of all time.
