...by having the worst mission I have ever encountered in it.

This Escort mission in front of the airport where you have to drive a hooker and her client around and fulfill certain requests while avoiding news vans is the absolute worst, least entertaining, and most frustrating mission I've seen in any game ever. Almost enough to make me consider bringing down my opinion of the game as a whole.

that one is pretty easy. i finished it the first time through. the real issue is when you run into missions where you have to rely on AI. there's a mission later on where you're driving a tank, Pierce manning the gun, and you have to shoot out the tires on a truck while Pierce fights off oncoming gangs. Pierce just starts blasting away at the truck after awhile and destroys it before you can complete the mission

I'm stopping and I'm going to play something else for a few days. Right now I'm considering sending the game back without finishing it, which I know I'll regret later. I've never been this angry at a video game in my entire life. In fact, I'm generally such a calm guy, that there's a very real possibility that I've never been this angry at anything in my entire life.

I don't really see how you can say that, with the game spawning a row of 5-6 identical vans every 10 seconds on either side of you. I never even get a chance to accelerate.

you're exaggerating the rate to which the vans spawn. it's no where close to that. get to a highway and you're good.

2 spawn within the first 10 seconds. no more vans spawn until the player drops the escort off at a strip club, when 2 other vans spawn, replacing -- not in addition to -- the original 2 vans. and that's it. the mission takes two minutes

there is no 'implication' here, i explicitly said you're exaggerating. there are some terrible saints row missions; this is not one of them. i have no idea what's giving you so much trouble.

I've literally never had a single problem with anything else in this game! It's all been a complete breeze. I've never even had any of these supposed AI problems that icon did.

I'm not gonna tolerate being called bad at video games when I'm decimating Dark Souls!

I didn't mind that, but just pointing out, if a mini-game is annoying ya might as well skip it. Nothing wrong with 100%ing a game full of optional stuff, but for me that kinda defeats the point of the stuff being optional. I usually end up around 70% complete in GTA style games.
