I dunno. I think if you go to just about any anime or comic con you'll see a lot of pretty "all right" cosplay. Like they put a decent amount of effort in, and they're having fun with it, but it's nothing to write home about. I see tons of "pretty okay" cosplay. It's just, by far, the most boring kind of cosplay.
