Are Dampierre and the armor pre-order bonuses or do they come as DLC codes packed in the game?

I'm asking because I know a place that sells games early but they don't give out pre-order bonuses. I'm not sure if you would actually know this information or not, but I figured you would be the best person to ask.

Ivy bobblehead vs. Dampierre? Eh... I think I'll still go with Dampierre, assuming Best Buy gets the CE (and I see no reason it shouldn't). If only because I don't like him enough to want to pay for him later, but if I don't get him with the game my willpower is weak and I'll end up doing so anyway.

i'm pretty sure Damp will be a DLC code in the game, but i'm not sure. it would be dumb for him not to be included in every new copy of the game

Which obviously means they'll be selling him later, but yeah.

The original trailer was from their Euro branch; this one was the first confirmation of how Dampierre would be available Stateside.

And yes, it sucks.
