Violates 1, 3, and 4. Rather severely too.

Not 3, I don't think; it should be pretty easy to scale it up. You just need to throw in more cards.

The problem is that it becomes really hard to get anywhere when there's so many players that can screw you over. To win, you need every single opponent to run out of "screw you" cards and that can take quite a while. Most large games of Munchkin I've played have ended with someone getting sick of the game lasting forever and helping someone else win just to be done.
