Yes. Xenoblade is the best recent PS3 game I can think of.

At best you're going to get stuff that are digital here but are on a disc there like Record of Agarest War or Arcana Heart 3.
Though what's interesting about Arcana Heart 3 is that its Limited Edition can cost almost as much or even cheaper than buying it off the PSN store here.

Most companies aren't like NoA, where they wouldn't bring an already existing English version of a game here, and leave it in Europe.

I should note that there is one PAL Xbox 360 game that I can think of that isn't region-locked called DonDoncPachi Resurrection:
