And they bought them almost at the same time. In different stores, in different states.

Hmm, you usually hear about this kind of stuff in identical twins. Like the ones who were separated at birth but ended up having almost identical lives, marrying women with the same names, then divorcing them and remarrying other women who also have the same name, having the same number of children, having similar interests in school, similar jobs, having the same breed of dog, etc
