It feels like there's been a lot of contests over the past couple of years. One of the big reasons why Zelda stuff wins is because they're so close together. If there was a long hiatus from these contests, maybe that could get something new and fresh to appear.

we need a character contest that includes characters that don't originate from VG. But site owner and some people around here think they would be too weak...because everyone knows random characters from Fire emblem and shadow hearts are more popular than Batman and Robin.
