The only thing I can argue against KOTR '93 is that Hogan took a fireball to the face which led to the victory

Yea...it's hard to call that his strongest showing when he needed outside help to win. Generally wrestlers have been getting matches picked where they had to fight against outside showing, not need it in order to win.

Even before the fireball though, Yoko had taken three big boots, the Legdrop, and still kicked out. That was insane

It's not that he didn't show great resilience in that match, it's just it doesn't feel right saying someone's strongest showing is a match that they had to have help to win.

Just because you had help to win doesn't mean you HAD to have help to win.

It was kinda obvious he needed help in order to win. I may not remember the match in great detail but I do know nothing he had done was able to put Hogan away until the fireball incident.

Right, but nothing Hogan was doing was close to putting Yoko away either.

When peak-powers Hulk Hogan can't find a way to beat you, that's strong.

Just a real shame that it was completely based on non kayfabe reasons but that has no bearing here. (Well, moreso than just 1 person being scripted to lose)
