If so, do you have a preferred pose or specific conditions?

I've found that the Corpse Pose works very well for me.

Yeah I do it every night for 8-12 hours, preferable on my right side but sometimes on my back

It takes me a long time to fall asleep, and as a result I like to think of my time lying in bed trying to clear my thoughts as meditation.

every now and then. nothing with a dedicated form. but there is great wisdom in setting aside time for mental contemplation and relaxation.
