We've reached 1999, roughly around Fully Loaded I think. Plenty of good stuff from the attitude era, though we have started to voice complaints about some wtf booking going on. Please leave Russo.

Other than that we're hopeful for the future since there's a nice solid foundation for some good stuff. Updates my be a little iffy with the Christms break and all though.

And yes the last topic did purge at 499 posts.

Why do we have festive music to start this thing off? This PPV will be the end of an era.

Is Russo finally leaving! Austin just got assaulted, Vince does an ever, ever, ever promo.

You think you know me! You think you know me!

WWF INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH:

Edge (c) vs Jeff Jarrett

Hot damn Debra, that might be taking it too far. Lawler just went crazy for the puppies.

Looks like we've got five titles on the line tonight. Headlock and the crowd wants puppies. Takedowns early on and here's some pushing and shovng.

Edge posing to the crowd and he's starting to get over with the femle crowd. Half-nelson and Jarrett is in trouble, backslide, he gets out of this pinch.

Sunset flip and nearfall. Edge by far the quicker of the two and a very nice suplex. Edge favouring the knee. Not good when Jarrett's a figure four master.

Rollup and Edge crashed right into the ringpost, he's falling apart like a mechano. Jarrett with the Armbar takedown. Stomp by Jarrett and now he's going into taunt mode.

Jeff Jarrett has the sleeper, Gangrel has left the brood. Sleeper's been applied again. Oh wait Edge got kicked out of the Brood.

Edge is starting to fade. Jarrett is now in the sleeper, suplex counter, but Edge counters that into a craddle. Sunset flip, Jarrett nearly reversed it.

They both fall to the ground and Edge's head lands right on the Double J nuts. Countout time by the referee. There was a cover and Jarrett kicks out.

Swinging neckbreaker. Here's another inside craddle, same nearfalls over and over again, tornado DDT and Jarrett's on the ropes now. Edge setting up something but gets thrown over.

LIGHTS OUT! Gangrel is out? Is this Gangrel? No Edge beat the crap out of Gangrel and Jarrett attacks from behind crossbody, reversed and Edge nearly had it.

Jarrett kicks out again from a pin, POWERBOMB! Jarrett still kicks out. SPEAR! SPEAR! SPEAR!

Debra's puppies are a distraction, more distractions and Gangrel interference and JARRETT PICKS UP THE WIN!

Austin healing factor, all about those bandaids. AUSTIN TO THE RING AND HE CLEANS HOUSE WITH WITH DOUBLE J. Austin's already bleeding all over already. He's going hunting for the Undertaker.

WWF TAG-TEAM TITLE MATCH:

The Acolytes vs The Hardy Boyz (c) and Michael Hayes

You know what I kinda like this new music from the Hardy Boyz. This match is under Acolytes rules which means its apparently 3 on 2.

Plenty of brawling outside the ring. Hayes is somehow still able to go. clothesline on Hayes and the acolytes are stomping hard and Faarooq rams the stairs right into Hayes.

Match has officially started now. Oh my Jeff just went with a sommerset and Matt Hardy's going all flippy on us right now as well. Bradshaw with a fallaway slam, dropkick and craddle from the Hardyz.

Another dropkick, crossbody, baseball slide. Hayes is visibly gassed on the outside of the ring. Triple team time maybe. Double suplex followed by a senton. Bradshaw is just knocking sense into people.

Acolytes have managed to slow down the pace of the match. Big boot by Bradshaw and Hayes needs the hot tag,

Hayes tags out just intime but Jeff takes a powerslam and Bradshaw's in there to just toss Jeff down, they sell death well right now. Faarooq with a cover, but Jeff kicked out. Here's a chokehold, geez look at the size of those eyes.

Oh, this match lacks the DQ rule, Matt Hardy's in there and Jeff is thrown out of the ring, Bradshaw not there, swinging neckbreaker by Matt Hardy. Clothesline knocks him down. Oh geez, suplex right off the top.

Jeff with a cane knocks out Bradshaw, who just got up. Jeff went high risk and the clothesline killed him in midair and Matt Hardy with the save. Double powerbomb for Hayes.

The belts just changed, all champions are crumbling tonight. Bad omen for Austin?

D'Lo is back to challenge for that european title.

WWF EUROPEAN TITLE MATCH:

D'Lo Brown vs Mideon (c)

D'LO! D'LO! D'LO!

D'Lo is just totally passionate about that belt. Get yo ass up boi!

Here comes the hammering and the posing, the crowd is totally into D'Lo right now. Clothesline knocks him out and there's a baseball slide.

Suicide dive and down goes Mideon. Irish whip into the steel stairs. Mideon's the one on offense right now.

Gutwrench and D'lo is almost down and out. Here's a sleeper hold. Mideon fghts dirty with thumbs to the eyes. He's not using his sie advantage according to JR.

D'lo's on the ground and he's getting choked, hard whip, foot up cayces mideon twice. DDT and there's the cover. Jackass fans in the crowd, POWERBOMB!

Here's the legdrop. YOU SUCK! Frog splash connects and D'LO BROWN IS THE CHAMPION!

OUR THIRD TITLE CHANGE OF THE NIGHT.

Al Snow's been tortured by Big Bossman, what a meanie.

WHAT DOES EVERYONE WANT!

WWF HARDCORE TITLE MATCH:

Al Snow (c) vs Big Bossman

Big Bossman playing the mindgames with Snow and screwing with his head. Snow is locked up in a trunk. Oh he just got out of it.

Sandbag right in the face. They take it backstage and they've not gone to the ring once. Al Snow throws a box, here's a low blow by Bossman.

Bossman's being foul mouthed here tonight. Steel plate right to the head and here's the hot coffee. Garbage can and here's a suplex right on the table.

Flurry of punches by Bossman who asks Snow if it still hurts. Oh my Bossman's in the golf cart but it doesn't work. Here are a couple of stomps. Whipping with the belt.

Choking of the Hardcore champion, he's being slammed into the wall. Uppercut and a headbutt by Snow.

Looks like he just reached a second wind, but the voices in his head activated. Bulldog right on the concrete, but Snow just kicked out, I have never seen a man kick out from the concrete.

Hubcap to the face by Snow. Traffc cone, low blow and here's the knee. Al snow just got bricked, but he's still kicking out.

They nearly got run over and Snow gets slammed right into a sign. Oh my look at that, bottle smashed on top of his face. Bossman is handcuffing Snow, how the hell is he going to pin him now.

Big Bossman makes Snow pretty much pass out to pick up the win. 4/4 on title changes tonight.

oh no, the next match is going to feature some hard hitters. Kane's more loyal to X-Pac than to The Undertaker.

SPECIAL GUEST REFEREE: Hardcore Holly

The Big Show vs Kane

I've always liked this version of the theme.

Fight starts with some right hands and show just tossing Kane from a military press position.

Kane's right back up though and dodges a right, they trade headbutts. No steel steps there, so off the ringpost it is.

Holly gettin in Kane's face, Big show with the clothesline. Slap by the big show. Kane's in a pinch in the corner.

Knockdowns again and Kane takes a knee down low. Headbutt by the big show. The pace here is very pedestrian.

Big boot right in the face of Big Show. Powerslam by Show on Kane. Hardcore Holly practically coaching show.

Elbow drop misses, Kane with all the right hands he can come up with. Whip DDT! Holly is not happy, then again is he ever happy.

Flying clothesline and down goes Show. Chokeslam time! But Hardcore Holly with a chop block and Show wins. Yeah he never wins clean. X-Pac runs in to take out Holly.

Oh hey look Undertaker runs in to beat up on him, wait are Big Show and Undertaker a team now?

Austin just found the Undertaker and is assaulting him. He's now bleeding all over.

IRON CIRCLE MATCH:

Steve Blackman vs Ken Shamrock

This is an unsanctioned match. Well the lighting for this is absolutely terrible. They're battling on top of cars. Look at all that broken glass already.

Shamrock may already be bleeding. We can't even see Blackman, oh there he is and he's got a chain. Shamrock was made to bounce. Trashcan on deck and Blackman's totally down.

Here's the chain wrapped around Shamrock's fist and here's a knockdown blow. He's snapped already. Blackman being choked by the chain. Looks like Blackman has been choked out.

Well we got a winner.

Chyna and Mr. Ass delivering their customary bad promos.

This next match is for the rights to the name Degeneration-X

Chyna and Mr. Ass vs X-Pac and Road Dogg

I thought D-X was an anti-establishment stable, why would they have such a corporate, business like model to their rights and merchandises?

They always been businessmen? JR mentioning Lawler's experience with litigation.

Chyna against Road Dogg early on. Road Dogg is being outpowered, but he gets a dropkick and the King of the ring is being embarrassed. Chyna rolls out of danger.

Billy with the jabs and Dogg hits him with some jabs. Chyn witha hard clothesline, Tim White so blind. Billy Gunn stomping away.

Boot to the throat by Chyna, X-Pac still not in, kick to the back followed up by an elbow. Hard knee by Billy Gunn and Road Dogg's in trouble.

Jackhammer by Mr. Ass and he crotch chops. Raised boot and down goes Mr. Ass. Here's X-Pac. plenty of martial arts kicks. The two heels just stomp away on poor old X-Pac.

Powerslam by Chyna, X-Pac kicks out and Road Dogg wants the hot tag. Chyna is down! they're both tagging out and Road Dogg beats Billy to the punch and now jabs away at Chyna.

Knee by Billy Gunn, but here's the pump handle slam by Road Dogg and HERE'S THE WIN FOR FOR ROAD DOGG!

Cool video package for Triple H vs The Rock.

The Rock: "THEY KEPT YOU AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL BECAUSE YOU ABSOLUTELY SUCK"

Yeah, The Rock's promo here is pretty spectacular.

STRAP MATCH:

Triple H vs The Rock

The Rock just took some girl's camera, takes pictures and whacks him with it before handing it back. Head bouncing off the table. Action moves to the spanish announce table.

Triple H knocks down The Rock and brings him back to the middle of the ring, JR and Lawler discuss their title picture hopes. Lawler laughs when JR suggests Stone Cold will never be in the title picture anymore should he lose.

None of the wrestlers here have tried to use the strap as a lethal weapon. Back to the outside and Triple H's head bounces off the steel steps.

To the crowd they go, over the barricade and Triple H is sort of just rolling backwards and falling into the sea of bodies. He pushes The Rock back and right hands to the back of the head.

Triple H is the first to really start using the strap for whippiing purposes. The Rock drops him on the steel railing. They head further back and here's an irish whip right into the stage prop.

Rocky is down but the crowd keeps chanting his name, here's some more whipping for the government mule.

Lawler: "How many mules does the government own?"

Suplex by Helmsley and on the concrete he lands, this is pinfalls count anywhere, Savage would so love this kind of match.

Back to the ring they go, but first here's some more action on the steel steps. Rock getting hammered in the corner, he strikes back with right hands knee by Helmsley.

Running high knee by Helmsley and here's Chyna. ROCK BOTTOM! THE ROCK WITH THE COVER, CHYNA IS DISTRACTING THE REF. LOW BLOW!

Both men are down and the ref s counting, Helmsley gets up and unloads right hands in the corner. Helmsley with the strap around the throat of The Rock.

The Rock is fading and the crowd is getting restless. The Rock just jerked the the strap and brings Helmsley down with him. Count is up to six and now both men start to get up. Strap clobbers Helmsley and SAMOAN DROP!

Kickout by Helmsley! Rock gets dumped out through the middle rope, the strap is no longer around Triple H's wrist. Helmsley with the chair and he gets struck in the midsection and now the back. The Rock gets to use the strap as a whip here.

To the ring they go kick to the gut, Rock kicks to the gut and DDT! Diistraction, Billy Gunn with a club, BULLCRAP!

ROCK KICKED OUT! SUCK IT BILLY GUNN! Triple H hits The Rock and sets up for the pedigree, LOW BLOW! BODYSLAM! POSITION'S RIGHT HERE!

HERE IT COMES THE PEOPLE'S ELBOW, IT'S OVER! NO! OF COURSE IT AIN'T OVER! BILLY WITH THE INTERFERENCE, ROCK BOTTOM, HELMSLEY WITH THE PEDIGREE AND AWW SNAP HE WINS!

Fully Loaded 1999

"End of an era" is the theme, I guess Austin is supposed to lose his title, according to Vince, ending his era as champ.

Edge vs. Jeff Jarrett

A good series of holds and reversals starts this, but the crowd only cares about puppies. Nice spinning heel kick from Edge.

A series of near falls from Edge now. A cradle, a backslide, a sunset flip, just a good series of exchanges with these two.

Jarrett's outside with the belt like he wants to leave, but it just lures Edge out into a trap.

Edge tries a jump over Jarrett now, and his leg got hurt. This is a good setup for the figure four leg lock. Here's a try at it, Edge counters into a rollup cover for a two count.

Oh, apparently Gangrel ditched Edge. So Brood is now Christian and Gangrel?

Sleeper hold for Jarrett. Edge finally counters and tries a couple rollup covers. Time for the inadvertant nutshot spot.

Edge's leg injury seems to have magically disappeared in favor of an arm injury. Edge screams to go for the spear and Jarrett dodges. Oh hey lights are out, Gangrel attacks Edge.

Wait the lights come on and Gangrel's on the ground, Edge stopped him.

Edge counters a crossbody into a cover, now counters a sunset flip cover. And a powerbomb, but Jarrett kicks out yet again. Hey here's the spear.

Debra distracts, and Gangrel is back up to knock out Edge. Jarrett with a side russian leg sweep and the cover, he's got the belt back.

Austin runs out to the ring and gives Jarrett a stunner, what.

The Acolytes vs. Hardy Boyz & Michael Hayes

The Hardys ditch their shirts and belts right at the entranceway. All four men fighting out here, Michael Hayes getting in on the action some. Acolytes use the stairs and come out of this exchange for the better.

Jeff Hardy with a suicide dive over the top onto Bradshaw, and now Matt with a moonsault to the outside.

Now the Hardys are double teaming Bradshaw with some drop kicks. Outside again, and here's a baseball slide.

Here's the crouch and launch double team move. And now Michael Hayes is at it again, helping with a double suplex. Rules don't apply to tag matches some days.

Faarooq with a slam and he doesn't know what corner to stand in.

Jeff interrupts a power bomb, and Hayes is tagged in. He's good at getting beat up these days.

Oh man, Jeff climbs to the top rope and is picked up and dropped by Bradshaw.

Somehow the ring floods, illegal men are getting covers counted. Bradshaw suplexes Matt down from the top rope. Jeff breaks a wooden cane over Bradshaw's head, but he's not out.

Another double team springboard, and Bradshaw just destroys Jeff. This is just like the spot with Edge last PPV, looks just as viscious.

Hayes gets caught with a double powerbomb and loses the belt for his tag team.

Two matches, and two heels stealing belts. This'll get the crowd pumped.

D-Lo wants the European belt back!

D-Lo Brown vs. Mideon

This starts out as a slugfest, and Mideon is taking more than he's giving.

Mideon's got a sleeper hold on and his full sleeves of tattoos are on display here. Whoa, who is that mustached man on his left arm? Is it a tattoo of himself? Of Rick Rude?

Nothing like some Dennis Knight to take the life out of a good card.

D-Lo getting some slaps on here, crowd WOOOOs and D-Lo feeds on the energy.

Mideon with sustained offense now. Some people in the crowd are chanting "boring". You'd think this being chanted in almost all of this guy's matches would trigger something with the bookers.

D-Lo hits his powerbomb and leg drop. Now a frog splash and he gets the European belt back.

Oh no, a spike has been driven through head WHAT DOES EVERYBODY WANT

Al Snow vs. Big Bossman

Al Snow's mind is killing him, he wants Bossman to hit him. Bossman starts smacking head as Snow screams, haha.

Snow gets closed in a storage case, but this is no casket match.

Backstage they go, a cameraman takes a tumble. Bossman is terrible at censoring himself.

Hot coffee everywhere. "God damn that's hot." That's how we know it's hot.

Bossman finds a down marker. A hit on first down, switched to 4th down and it's punt time. Bossman wants to drive a golf cart but can't start it.

Even potted plants are fair game in this match. Bossman chokes Snow with a belt. Through a door that says "alarm will sound". No alarm.

It's still daylight in Buffalo as they head to the streets. There's only about... 5 observers out here. Bossman hits Snow with a brick, but no pin.

Into the road, a car beeps at them. Bossman breaks a bottle and cuffs Snow to a fence. Bossman pins him against the fence and the ref will let this count. Boooo.

Big Show vs. Kane

Hardcore Holly is the guest ref for some reason. He also wants the bell rung to start the match about 20 seconds after the bell was rung.

Big Show can lift Kane and throw him out of the ring.

Kane is selling pretty heavily for Big Show. Irish whip and a big boot, and Kane's done nothing but take hits and fall.

Holly's insulting Big Show's intelligence now, which is something considering Holly's earlier gaffe.

Kane with a DDT and a flying clothesline, finally some offense. He sets up a chokeslam, and Holly interferes with Kane?

Big Show with his own choke slam, Holly a quick 3 count. X-Pac runs out, but Undertaker also runs out to chokeslam X-Pac and beat up Kane.

Oh, now Steve Austin attacks Undertaker backstage. Undertaker's head is cut open.

Iron Circle Match: Steve Blackman vs. Ken Shamrock

The hell is an iron circle? Oh, they fight in a parking garage amidst a circle of cars and other wrestlers.

They're fighting on top of a car's hood right away. Blackman just kicked through a car window.

Blackman finds a chain, he misses a swing and Shamrock gets a punch in.

Now Blackman tries using a tire iron but misses and breaks a window. They go into darkness behind the cars, I hear more broken glass. Shamrock comes back in hitting Blackman with a garbage can.

Shamrock wraps the chain around his fist and punches Blackman a bunch with it. Now he chokes out Blackman with the chain, Shamrock gets a win.

Billy Gunn & Chyna vs. X-Pac & Road Dogg

Somehow these guys are using the same music. Poor Road Dogg has to fight Chyna again. Also, this should be a real hoot.

Road Dogg drop kicks Chyna and she bumps into Billy twice.

Billy's fighting his former tag partner now. Chyna's back in already though, and she's looking hesitant about spots.

Road Dogg getting beat by Billy again, but he gets a boot and Billy flops so hard. X-Pac finally tagged in, he kicks a bunch.

Now X-Pac is stuck in the ring, this is exactly like the first part of the match.

Chyna does some backflips for fun and X-Pac levels her.

All four in the ring, X-Pac with some bronco busters, Road Dogg slams Billy and this finally ends.

King of the Ring reign working out real well for Billy so far.

Recap of the HHH/Rock feud, winner becomes #1 contender.

Leather strap match: HHH vs. The Rock

Does HHH have new music? It doesn't sound familiar.

Rock with another classic interview. Michael Cole's shirt costs 25 cents.

Rock's attacking HHH before even getting the strap on his arm. Ha, Rock steals a fan's camera and takes a picture of HHH.

They find their way to the spanish announce table. Savio Vega is doing commentary these days. The table stays in one piece.

No corner touching in this one, the strap is just there to cause damage. So are the stairs as HHH goes face first into them. And now into the crowd. Wal-Mart getting tons of free advertising with a sign here.

They each take turns throwing each other into a steel barricade now.

Lots of "ROCKY" chants in this match, every couple minutes.

Rock suplexes HHH on the concrete, two count. Into more steel barricades.

After HHH whips with the straps, the two are trading blows until HHH hits a jumping knee. Chyna is walking on out.

Rock with a rock bottom, but Chyna's got the ref distracted.

HHH wants to go to the corner, ha, he has to jump the ropes to keep the strap untangled. He's choking Rock with the strap. Rock fights back and pulls down HHH.

Rock using the strap now, and here's a samoan drop. HHH takes the strap off his arm, he's not supposed to do that.

Over by the timekeeper goes HHH to grab a chair, but Rock's hitting him with a strap first. DDT in the ring now from Rock.

Billy Gunn runs in and hits Rock with a piece of wood or something, but Rock still kicks out after two.

A low blow from Rock, slam in the middle. There's the elbow, but Billy pulls him off. Billy gets rock bottomed, but then HHH hits a pedigree and wins.

If Austin loses this next match, he can't try for the title again, and if he wins, then he won't see Vince ever again. Why do I feel the outcome of this won't hold true.

Vince gets to be a guest commentator.

First Bloos Match: Undertaker vs. Steve Austin

They start fighting over by the railings, both going for head punches for the recent cuts.

Both men take turns blocking stair shots. Austin's knocked into the crowd, Taker throws some stairs. They almost hit security guards and fans as Austin dodges. Now Austin grabs the stairs, but is stopped.

Undertaker keeps trying to pry off Austin's stitches.

Some kicks from Austin, he's getting the big guy down. Now he hits a chop block.

Austin's flipped into the crowd again, Vince says he's bleeding. He's not facing the ref or cameras though, can't tell. Nope, not bleeding.

Taker grabs another chair, Austin runs from the chair until he can trip Taker.

Whoops, ref gets in the way of Taker and he's down. Austin wants a stunner, Taker trips under the ref and gets tangled in the ropes, what. I feel like this segment didn't flow well at all, Hebner was in bad placement or something.

Shane runs out to stop Austin, Austin hits him with a chair. Taker gets untangled.

A stunner from Austin! Taker's down, Vince hobbles to the ring on his crutches to stop Austin. But Vince gets decked in the face. Taker and Austin both have chairs.

X-Pac runs out and kicks Undertaker in the face. Austin grabs a TV camera and hits Taker in the face. Taker's face is bleeding.

I'll cover the basis for inbetween SummerSlam and Unforgiven, as well as things prior to No Mercy...

Before Unforgiven
- As you may have seen on the ppv, Mark Henry was given the European Championship by Jeff Jarrett as a result of helping him beat D'Lo.
- Undertaker/Big Show's reign of terror only lasted a week, as The Rock and Mankind joined forces for one evening to take the two men down and win the belts. A week later on SmackDown, however, Taker and Big Show won the belts back in a buried alive tag team match. On Raw, a week before Unforgiven, Rock and Mankind win back the belts one more time before losing them to a reunited New Age Outlaws the following SD.
- Bossman won back the Hardcore title shortly after SS and continued his feud with Al Snow (including cooking Al Snow's dog and feeding it to him). Out of nowhere, the British Bulldog makes his first WWF appearance in a few years and wins the title from Bossman; Bulldog then immediately awards the title back to Al Snow.
- And of course, Triple H loses the WWF title to Vince McMahon with help from Austin. Vince vacates the title a week later.

Before No Mercy
- Rock and Mankind still have their differences and the Rock reluctantly agrees to wrestle the New Age Outlaws one more time for the belts. Much to The Rock's dismay, he and Mankind win the belts, thus keeping the Rock and Sock connection intact!
- Big Bossman beats Al Snow and Hardcore Holly in a triple-threat match to win back the Hardcore title a week before No Mercy.

New Champion! Triple H raises the belt in Triple H's face AND GETS STUNNERED.

Triple H clearly confused after burying the best main event roster of all time has no choice but to begin burying himself out of pure instinct.

Summerslam 1999

Recap of Austin's title matches where people were screwed/attempted screwed. Jesse Ventura is here to uphold the law.

WHOA CHRIS JERICHO SIGHTING. Y2J is here.

First match is for the European and intercontinental belt.

Jeff Jarrett vs. D-Lo Brown

Jarrett doesn't want Debra at ringside, the crowd hates him. D-Lo wants Debra to come with him.

D-Lo getting huge pops for his early attacks, people love this guy.

Early powerslam and a two count from D-Lo. He's in a headlock, but powers his way out.

D-Lo's knocked outside and he takes a baseball slide. He gets dumped into the crowd briefly as well.

Jarrett does a swinging armbar and D-Lo's arm is hurting.

Running powerbomb time! Now a tilt a whirl slam and D-Lo's signature leg drop. But he misses the splash.

Mark Henry's here, he grabs Jarrett's guitar and hits D-Lo? Guess these guys aren't friends anymore. Jarrett wins two belts.

Oh hey, they're having a tag team tournament and the winner gets to be number one contender team. Oh wait, it's more like a tag team ladder match.

Edge & Christian vs. Hardy Boyz

Hardys are with Gangrel now. They're the new brood.

Edge and Christian stealing the Hardys' moves.

Gangrel hits a cheap shot on Christian. Hardys follow that up with a double team face slam. And holy crap Jeff does a springboard spin splash or something, never seen that before.

Suplex into a senton bomb here. But Christian somehow hits them both with reverse DDTs.

All four fighting on the outside, Edge and Jeff both whipped towards the railing and Edge turns to hit Jeff. Now Gangrel's hitting Edge, but Christian hits a springboard crossbody.

Moonsault from the top by Matt. But Edge hits a faceslam and Christian hits an elbow to win.

Edge & Christian vs. Mideon & Viscera

This will be a huge change in pace.

Viscera's squashing Christian, now Mideon is too. But Edge is tagged in, Viscera attempts a spinning heel kick. Didn't really work, but I applaud him for trying.

Viscera runs into Mideon, a spear, another win for the good guys.

Edge & Christian vs. Droz & Prince Albert

This Albert fellow has a really hairy back. Looks kind of like George Steele.

He hits a neckbreaker on Edge, but Christian chop blocks him. Edge hits a downward spiral and gets the pin and the next opponents are already here.

Edge & Christian vs. The Acolytes

Bradshaw with a big powerbomb on Edge. He's getting killed in there by the Acolytes.

Edge works his way out of a backbreaker with a DDT and Christian gets in. Swinging DDT now!

But Bradshaw kicks out. The Hollys (there's two?) are here now, but it's not their turn yet. But Bradshaw picks up a pin and we have two heel teams facing off.

The Acolytes vs. The Hollys

Crash Holly is supposedly Hardcore Holly's cousin. Faarooq with a dominator on Crash.

Crash tags himself in, and he's gonna create problems for his partner.

Hardcore Holly tags himself in now, and the two Hollys are fighting. Faarooq hits a surprise spinebuster and wins.

Al Snow is talking to a dog backstage. Al Snow is amazing.

OH YOU DIDN'T KNOW

Is Road Dogg wearing a fanny pack, I think he is.

Y2J COUNTER!

This isn't Raw is snore, this is Summersham. "You think you can impress me spelling R-O-A-D D-O double G? You wanna impress me, spell lugubrious." (I had to look it up to type it)

Road Dogg wants to do commentary.

WHAT DOES EVERYBODY WANT? Road Dogg says head.

Al Snow doesn't bring the dog Pepper with him. He perches above the entranceway in wait.

Al Snow vs. Big Bossman

Snow jumps Bossman right away, Road Dogg grabs a mic and starts doing live commentary for the crowd.

Bossman throws a chalkboard at Snow, then picks up Pepper's dog case and htis Snow.

Random bystander's crutch is stolen as a weapon.

Out to the street they go. Cameraman are struggling to keep up as Al Snow hits some kicks. Into an outdoor restaurant seating area now, tables being broken.

Into a restaurant they go, some goober's on his cell phone in the way.

Al Snow hitting on a cute girl between punches, what a winner. Into the bathrooms, Bossman gets a urinal cake to the face.

Some guy gives Snow his chain, Snow's choking out Bossman. And holy crap, a moonsault inside the restaurant.

Bossman breaks a beer bottle on Snow's head, then pushes away Road Dogg. Road Dogg doesn't like this, he steals the nightstick and hits Bossman. Al Snow is champ again.

Snow beats up the Blue Meanie and some other guy after the match.

Ivory vs. Tori

Tori with a pair of suplexes, she's got more power moves it looks like.

Ivory gets Tori in a big swing as she spins about. Tori tries a spear I guess. Neither of these girls is very good at selling moves.

Tori does some kind of crotch grab suplex, it's Lawler's favorite move. Now Lawler drops a "that's what she said".

Ivory blocks a sunset flip by sitting on Tori, then she gets a pin. Luna Vachon runs out and chases Ivory.

Rock is king of interviews. He interviews Michael Cole, which means Cole gets about one word in. ROCKY ROCKY ROCKY

Oh hey a Lion's Den match, so that last one wasn't just a one-off.

Lion's Den match: Steve Blackman vs. Ken Shamrock

Weapons are legal in this, Blackman's got some nunchucks. For some reason he drops them after a couple hits.

Blackman with a leg sweep then nunchuk choke, but Shamrock reverses it into an armlock and he throws the nunchuks out of the ring.

Up goes Shamrock to get a kendo stick. Blackman tries to block it with his arm. Now Blackman's got two sticks. He's got Shamrock on the ground with these.

A jump off the cage and an elbow from Shamrock! He's stopping Blackman from grabbing more weapons. Both guys duck kicks now, and Blackman gets another kendo stick. A few shots, and one big blow to the head, Shamrock's out.

Blackman doesn't want to leave just yet, but gets caught with a suplex. Now Blackman gets hit over the head. Apparently Shamrock has just won? Okay.

Grenwich Street Fight: Test vs. Shane McMahon

Oh god Test is fighting for his right to date Stephanie. I haven't seen a match yet, but this looks like one of the worst feuds of the year.

Test looks like a blond Diesel. Shane's posse has a couch at ringside.

Shane gets a spear at the start, but Test with some big moves to knock Shane out of the ring. Now into the crowd, and Test drinks a young man's Pepsi.

The posse spits in Test's face, but he grabs Shane and press slams him onto the group. But the numbers catch up and Test is being triple teamed.

Numerous weapons coming in for Shane from his friends. A mailbox, a road sign, and a framed picture. Glass everywhere.

Corkscrew moonsault attempt from Shane, but Test gets a powerbomb. Distraction from the posse prevents a 3 count. Oh no ref bump.

Another assault from the posse, and Shane drops an elbow on Test through the spanish announce table. Test with yet another kickout, this man sure does have some in'test'inal fortitude.

Test ducks some interference, Shane got hit by mistake now. Now a cast to the face, another Test kickout. Here come Patterson and Brisco, lovable faces. Test with a pump handle slam and elbow and he wins.

Kane & X-Pac vs. Big Show & Undertaker

Kane survives an early double team and X-Pac almost surprises Undertaker with a cover.

Somehow X-Pac is going blow for blow with Taker. Chokeslam time, but Kane stops it.

Kane's taking the attacks now. Big boot and powerslam from Big Show.

X-Pac getting thrown around outside by Big Show. He gets tossed over the ropes and into the ring. Now a bear hug, but X-Pac bites his way out.

A couple low blows from X-Pac and Kane is back in. He gets Big Show in the corner, X-Pac tags himself in to do the bronco buster. But that was a dumb move because Big Show chokeslams him.

And a tombstone from Undertaker seals the win for the new tag champs.

Billy Gunn comes to the ring with someone under a sheet. Must be Halloween. It's a large woman.

Kiss my ass match: Billy Gunn vs. The Rock

Billy oversells a slap from Rock and now they're by the entranceway already. Even the lion's den cage is used for attacks.

Refs apparently never care about count outs these days.

Rock puts Lawler's crown on Billy and punches it off. Billy gets in a shot with the bell.

Billy works in the irish whip into bulldog combo. Rock won't stay down though, ducks a clothesline into a DDT. Rock's nose is bleeding now.

Rock goes for a rock bottom, but Billy pushes out and hits the fameasser.

Billy prepares the woman for the kissing, grabs Rock, but Rock stops and pushes Billy into her rear. Here comes the rock bottom, the people's elbow, and he gets a pin after it! Wow!

Apparently the number 1 contender has been a hot commodity and passed around a ton. Mankind, HHH and Chyna have all been taking it from each other.

Jesse Ventura is special guest ref, of course. Chyna's implants look comical in the outfit she comes out wearing.

Triple threat match: Mankind vs. HHH vs. Steve Austin

HHH tries to get the jump on Austin, but Mankind pulls HHH out of the ring. HHH getting double teamed here.

Mankind hugs Austin and wants to shake, but Austin has no friends.

HHH and Austin are going at it outside, Chyna throws Mankind to the post when Ventura is looking away. Austin's choking HHH with a cable, and HHH grabs a chair and hits Austin's knee.

Mandible claw on HHH, but Chyna pulls him off. Ventura sees it and sends her away. Austin's back up and hits HHH from behind.

HHH gets thrown into some barricades, the lion's den cage. But he gets Austin back to the ring and attacks the knee again.

Mankind and HHH both want to kick Austin, so they're double teaming him. But Mankind tries a cover and those two are fighting now.

All three guys are in to the audience now. Mankind gets back body dropped onto the concrete. Now Austin gets thrown into the stairs. Back to the ring with everybody.

Time for a pedigree, but Austin counters. Slingshot coming and HHH is thrown into Mankind. Austin with a stunner on Mankind.

But here's HHH, hitting both guys with chairs. Ventura won't count a pin for him because of the chairs.

Shane McMahon is here to yell at Ventura. Austin gives him a stunner and tells Ventura to get him out of here. And he does.

Double clothesline from HHH and Austin. Mankind gets Socko out, mandible claw incoming for... Austin. And HHH! They both break free, everyone down again for a bit.

Time for a stunner to HHH, but Mankind breaks the cover.

Pedigree on Austin, but Mankind knocks HHH out, hits Austin with a DDT, and Mankind is champ again!

After the match, HHH is going after Austin's knee with a chair more.

Star of the PPV: Mankind

Unforgiven 1999

This intro is fantasy-inspired or something. LotR movies haven't come out yet, so where did this come from?

Refs on strike? Then who is reffing?

Val Venis vs. Steve Blackman

Blackman with some good offense at the start. A missed baseball slide almost costs him.

Brooklyn Brawler gets to be the stand-in ref for this match.

Wait, Vince won the title? And now it's vacant? How did Mankind lose it?

Val takes a great throw into the stairs. All this commentary for future matches is distracting from this one.

A suplex from Blackman, now a headlock. But Val fights back with some elbows and knees. Val counters a crossbody, two count.

Spinebuster suplex, Blackmand tries a cover. Bulldog and DDT from Val, here comes the money shot and it's all over.

Blackman gets his weapons and knocks Val out. Security guy takes out Blackman and this nurse Blackman is arguing with can't be a real nurse, she's more fake than Sable.

Oh no Jarrett gave Mark Henry the European championship. Mark Henry doesn't even say anything audible in his interview and it's hilarious.

Mark Henry vs. D-Lo Brown

Mark Henry doesn't want to wrestle because of a braineurism. Well too bad, he's fighting D-Lo now.

Tom Pritchard is our lucky ref this match. D-Lo with a nice flip, breaks out of a couple moves, big take down of Mark Henry.

D-Lo with a big suicide dive over the top rope and he hits it! Another big flying cross body.

No cover from Mark Henry because his head still hurts.

Whoa, Mark Henry jumped on D-Lo and clear through the ropes.

D-Lo with a surprise cross body, almost a pin. He tries it again but gets powerslammed.

Hurricanrana from D-Lo! Jumping forearm and a drop kick. Mark Henry tries some taunting, but gets powerbombed. Lowdown and a pin and D-Lo is European again.

Oh hey, I see a hell in the cell cage hanging above the ring.

Jarrett's replaced Debra with someone younger. Miss Kitty is her name.

Jeff Jarrett vs. Chyna

Chyna still doesn't have her own music. This looks like Harvey Whippleman as our ref now.

Chyna hitting a shoulder block and clothesline. And now a low blow.

Jarrett goes outside and now he's hitting a woman!

Chyna ducking a clothesline and hits one of her own. But Jarrett with a suplex, and Chyan botches the move after.

Now Jarrett's lifted onto Chyna shoulders and dropped. He gets the sleeper on.

Suplex from Chyna. Now a powerslam. And a powerbomb, her arsenal is really widening. She tries a hurricanrana but is stopped. No figure four though.

Outside, a chair shot to Jarrett, Whippleman is allowing it.

Chyna wants to hit a pedigree, Jarrett counters and Whippleman gets knocked down, what a wimp. Mae Young and Fabulous Moolah run in to fight Jarrett. Haha, they double suplex him.

The ladies can't get up and Jarrett is kicking them. Debra comes out, ref still down. She hits Jarrett with the guitar. Chyna is the IC champ.

Oh wait, here's Tom Pritchard to say that Chyna should be DQed. Guess she's not champ.

Here comes a new tag team, the Dudley Boyz. Bubba's gimmick is a speech impediment.

Dudley Boyz vs. Acolytes

Hey, this is a normal ref, he's not part of the strike.

Bubba with a senton bomb, this team sounds like a pair of former ECW guys.

Bubba gets thrown into stairs. Faarooq says "ECW that." After a belly to belly suplex, Devon is finally tagged in.

Some power moves from Faarooq. He tries the dominator, but Devon breaks free and hits a DDT.

Here's the Dudley death drop move apparently, but Bradshaw kicks out of this finisher. Bradshaw gets hit with a power bomb and is kicking out again.

Oh man, Bradshaw with a suplex from the top corner, he actually lifted Devon right up with no jump help. What a monster.

Here's another Dudley death drop, some guy runs in to the ring. It's Stevie Richards and he's dressed like an Acolyte. He hits a superkick and the Acolytes win. Acolytes beat this guy up too.

Next match is a hardcore match and they're fighting backstage before it even starts.

Hardcore match: Luna Vachon vs. Ivory

The two women are throwing everything at each other. Phones, poles, trash cans, it's all being tossed.

Ivory gets thrown onto some boxes of napkins, those napkins must be brutal. But Luna climbs a forklift and jumps onto these boxes.

Tori runs in to start fighting Ivory. Ivory hits both with a pole and they're both down. Well, that was quick.

Haha, now Ivory is fighting Mae and Moolah.

New Age Outlaws are back together and tag champs? They won it from Rock and Mankind, which means Undertaker and Big Show lost the titles, and Mankind managed to lose two belts between last PPV and now.

OH YOU DIDN'T KNOW

Edge & Christian vs. New Age Outlaws

Edge and Billy with some quick maneuvers going both ways. Road Dogg wants to try and early cover, that's not gonna work.

Christian's hair keeps getting grabbed now. He's picked up and dropped right on a knee.

Lawler makes a comment that JR didn't say where Mae and Moolah played football.

Edge & Christian do a double team springboard onto Road Dogg's back, which was apparently injured by Jericho.

Road Dogg and Christian both cross body each other, both down. Road Dogg's been stuck in for a while.

But a countered double team and a double DDT from Road Dogg gives him some life.

Billy finally tagged in, he hits a powerslam. But Christian hits a reverse DDT. Here's the Hardy Boyz and Gangrel.

Edge and Christian have both been beat up, Billy hits a fameasser for good measure and the Outlaws win.

Bulldog beat up The Rock the other day to help HHH. This guy was called a former wrestler just a few months back, and now he's in it again.

Bossman's a vulgar guy.

This next match will use a normal cage and a hell in a cell cage at the same time.

Bossman likes donuts WHAT DOES EVERYBODY WANT

Dog Kennel Hell in a Cell Steel Cage match: Al Snow vs. Big Bossman

Al Snow puts Bossman between the cages, and here comes some dogs. They're gonna be between the cages.

One of the dogs is already peeing. This is definitely some match.

Bossman wants in the cage, but Snow is waving a shovel. These dogs seem less fearsome when they all have trainers with them. Dogs barking at each other.

JR is pinning this idea on Al Snow. Oh god this'll be the death of him.

Dogs barking at each other is more interesting than the match at the moment. Bossman hits Snow with some of the foreign objects brought to the ring.

Al Snow is busted open on the forehead, and he takes a couple shots to the head with a metal tray.

Bossman has some pliers, he wants to cut out through the top of the cage. But Snow stops him with a club or something.

Here's some powder, right in Bossman's face. A stick to Bossman's face, he's bleeding too now.

These dogs are a total non-factor as they're just standing there now. Snow is tightening some ropes or something, I don't get it.

The shovel is being used again. And now Snow is handcuffed to the corner.

Somehow Snow breaks the cuffs as Bossman is climbing through the hole. Here's Head! A shot right to Bossman's face.

As Bossman climbs out, Snow kicks his way through the door and wins.

Bossman runs from the dogs, the handlers have the dogs chase him. One of the handlers trips and faceplants.

Oh man Mankind, his dozens and dozens of fans. Excellent parody of Rock's speeches.

Jericho has made allies with Mr. Hughes these days. He beat up "Ken Scamrock" earlier.

Chris Jericho vs. X-Pac

Oh hey Pritchard has recovered and can ref again.

Jericho can nip up from X-Pac's hip toss. Then some chops and WOOOOOs.

Here's some kicks and a setup for the bronco buster, but not yet. And now Jericho counters an X factor.

Springboard to a crossbody from X-Pac, and Hughes with some interference. Tom Pritchard doesn't know to disqualify Jericho here.

Poor Mr. Hughes is forever playing the role of a sidekick or bodyguard.

JR downplays some ring talk as "X-Pac talking some trash."

Carolina Panthers won their first game today! Jericho hits a nice springboard moonsault off the second rope.

"X-Pac sucks" chants going in the crowd. Aww yeah. It turns into a "Jericho sucks" chant, but the seeds of a downfall are already there.

Jericho with another springboard move, this time into a dropkick. I honestly don't know what they're chanting now.

A couple spinning heel kicks from X-Pac. And now he takes out Hughes. Bronco buster, but Jericho sticks his foot out and catches x-Pac.

Double arm pickup into a backbreaker, this Jericho guy is skilled in his moves and his mic skills.

Jericho with a series of two power bombs. More two counts. Oh no, Jericho is stuck upside down in the corner, now a bronco buster hits.

Mr. Hughes comes in the ring to knock out the ref and beat up X-Pac. This gets Jericho DQed. Road Dogg runs out to fight. Haha these kids in the front row are talking so much trash to Jericho.

HHH is happy he injured Austin. This guy stealing Owen's storylines.

Oh, HHH won the belt from Mankind. And Vince won the belt because of Austin's interference.

This promo package is better put together than most of the stuff we're used to, aside from the re-using of a handful of clips.

6 Pack Challenge: The Big Show vs. British Bulldog vs. Mankind vs. Kane vs. HHH vs. The Rock

Rocky chants before he's even out, HHH's entrance is ruined. Austin's the special enforcer, but joins the commentary table for now.

Oh, this looks to be working as a tag match. Is it last man left? Oh wait no, first to get a pin wins the belt.

Rock's taking it to HHH with some punches and clotheslines, but Kane wants to get in. After attacking HHH some more, he punch-tags Big Show in, but Big Show push tags Kane back in.

Mankind gets in, he can't knock down Kane. Big Show tags himself in, he gets Kane right down in two punches.

Oh man, Kane with an enzuigiri on Big Show. Bulldog comes in to eat a big boot.

Things become a mess, nobody know who's tagged in. Bulldog and Rock end up in together. Bulldog hits a suplex, and Mankind doesn't want to fight his tag partner Rock.

Kane wants to chokeslam Mankind, but Mankind hits a low blow and does a piledriver. Mankind gets HHH outside the ring now for some attacks. Rock joins them and clothesline HHH, and everyone's in the aisleway now.

Stairs to the head of HHH, now he's piledrivered onto the stairs.

Mankind tags Rock in again and gives him a thumbs up. If I'm following this right, Big Show and HHH should be the legal men in, but it's Bulldog and Rock.

Here comes more refs, did they end their strike mid-PPV? Or are they here to take out the scab?

Big show is slamming Mankind, big elbow. But Rock breaks up the pin, maybe these two are friends.

Rock runs out and steals one of Stone Cold's beers then spits it in HHH's face, ha.

Kane tombstones Mankind, but Big Show tagged himself in on Kane. Big Show wants a chokeslam, but here's Kane. HHH and Bulldog run in, here's a pedigree.

Mankind and Rock meet in the middle, Mankind gives him a DDT, and Socko on Rock! What!

Here's a Rock Bottom on Mankind! HHH breaks up the pin.

Big Show chokeslams Mankind, but the striking refs pull out this ref and beat him up! Now there's no ref. Austin runs out and punches every ref.

Back in the ring, Rock gives HHH a DDT, Austin counts a two count.

Into the middle of the ring, rock bottom, and here's the elbow. But Big Show pulls austin out, Bulldog uses a chair on Rock. He wants to use it on HHH, but Austin steals the chair away.

Pedigree, HHH gets the cover and the belt back. Austin stunners him after giving the belt.

Austin is so good at catching beers one handed, I don't think I've seen him miss once on a PPV.

Rebellion 1999

We are live in the UK again for Rebellion!

Michael Hayes will be at the announce table with Jim Ross tonight. Lawler is out with Anal bleeding.

Jeff Jarrett comes out with a hoover and he's got miss kitty, this is a champion vs champion match coin toss will decide who wins.

Miss Kitty's flashing the cash. Jarrett sets up a challenge for the ugly women of the UK. She can't clean up crap and here's the figure four.

Here comes Chyna. Jarrett's mouth sure has been busted open badly here. We got an IC match as per the coin toss.

WWF INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH:

Jeff Jarrrett (c) vs D'Lo Brow

D'lo's now from Birmingham, whip and kick to the gut, powerslam. D'Lo with the first cover, powerbomb and close call.

Jarrett grabs the IC belt and wants to bail, but D'Lo's having none of it and he chases Double J down. Here's the sleeper hold by Jeff Jarrett.

D'lo gets up and hits the midsection, suplex counter to the sleeper. Leap by D'lo countered by a dropkick. These two guys can go.

Jarrett is being setup for a powerbomb, SKY HIGH from D'Lo Brown! Referee count has started. Both men are up and here's a heel kick and a scoop slam. legdrop and Jarrett kicks out.

Jump from the top right into the boot, Double J tries a sunset flip countered, nearfall. Uppercut by D'Lo and there's the superplex and Double J almost stole it.

Heel trip and a figure four attempt kick by D'Lo. Double J uses the vacuum cleaner while Kitty distracted the referee. Jarrett retains.

Jarrett takes a mic and challenges Chyna to a match later on tonight

Here comes the Godfather and huh, where are the hos. Oh wait there they are. He's expanded worldwide I see. The hos start surrounding JR and Dok is brimming with joy.

Godfather vs Gangrel

Godfather is thinking about offering Gangrel a Ho, but he changes his mind because he's the supreme fighting machine. Godfather working over Gangrel early on.

Gangrel hits a DDT and turns the momentum around. Plenty of kicks to the back by Gangrel. Here's a stomp in the corner. Gangrel is on the offensive with plenty of kicks and a scoop slam followed by an elbow.

Godfather kicks out at two and Chyna will be responding to Jarrett's challenge. Godfather is kicking out of an awful lot of weak maneuvers here.

Here's a change of momentum and now Godfather with clotheslines and a nice elbow. Ho train and afollow up slam and hey looks like Godfather gets to party tonight.

Timmy White is being smothered in hos. British Bulldog comes in and he wants a title shot.

HELLO LADIES.

Val Venis comes out to talk about the Rugby world cup, oh yeah that was going at Twickenham back then. Australia was so damn good that year but hey LOL New Zealand lost to France.

Val Venis vs Mark Henry

This really is feeling like a filler PPV. Val with everything thrown at Henry who is unphased and here's a powerslam. Val is rocked, he's actually trying to slug it out.

Henry's just throwing him around, Dropkick by Val and follow up rights. Side Russian legsweep from Val and a cover, nearfall. Henry ducks a clothesline and small package but there's a kickout.

Val targetting the knees. Here's a series of elbow drops and he's going up for th moneyshot perhaps and he lands it. Quick victory over Mark Henry.

Davey Boy has roid rage and he kills Stephanie, I think they're trying to make Davey Boy heel in England.

WWF WOMEN'S TITLE MATCH:

Tori vs Jacqueline vs Luna vs Ivory

Fatal fourway? you mean the women get the better Fourway stipulation? Like blimey what the hell is up with that.

Ivory trying to negotiate an alliance with Jacqueline and she does all the work while Ivory stays out of trouble. Luna and Tori now decide to gang up on her and here's a double suplex.

Oh hey here comes Ivory she tries to cheapshot but Jacqueline beats her to the punch and here's three sleeper holds being applied. Everyone powers out onto Tim White. Poor guy, he got smothered hos and now by Women wrestlers.

JR apologises for the commentating table not caring about this matchdue to the Stephanie incident. Ivory picked up the win in sneaky fashion.

OH YOU DIDN'T KNOW!

Curtis Hughes used to be Hunter Hearst Helmsley's aide, this could mean big things for Jericho.

Well, since I can't find Rebellion and it seems like a bit of a filler PPV, I might skip that. Any matches in there that I should watch before moving on?
