I'm on winter break from college and I'm looking to lift. I was in good shape over the summer, doing crunches and pushups and running not really lifting though and I still am in pretty good shape, but the results kinda faded away over the first semester.
So any tips for a lifting regimen? How often should I work out? Should I do cardio also? Should I drink protein or whatever after working out starting tomorrow or as soon as possible?
