Ya he tossed up 58 on Cloud, but it looks like Mario>Cloud in this format and if thats so 55-60 is probably the smarter play but there is always SFF

Thing about a straight pick is I'm going to be up there one way or the other.

I'll lose to someone, yeah, but others are going to get their picks wrong, so I'll still be pretty high up in the end. Probably higher than I am now, actually, given how quickly I submitted.

Straight up he would probably beat Cloud in this format from the look of todays match.

Its going to require SFF for Link to go over 60.

Then again though the only guys to EVER hold Link under 60 in a 1vs1 are Cloud and Seph...

Going with the 10% after changing back and forth twice. I can't for the life of me decide whether the format will help mario more or less than SS will help Link.

Its worth less points than the 5% and the extra range it gives you really doesn't help.

I highly doubt Mario can make this closer than 55-45 (warranting a 50-60 pick) and even with SS I dont think it can overcome the rivalry factor advantage to a point where Link is actually stronger against Mario than he was last year, so I dont see Link really going over 65.

I would not be very surprised if Link slightly broke 65%, tbqh. There's no way in hell Mario's breaking 45%.

Also, I think SS is the reason Link 75%ed Megaman, so I wouldn't discount that boost.

I agree that 60-65 is the most likely result; I'm just not comfortable enough with it go with it (I'm thinking 60-65% has like, a 60-70% chance of happening; a 58-68% range would be virtually a lock in my mind).
