I need to watch something, but I haven't an idea what. I won't bother listing stuff I like or have seen, as it would take away from you being able to just recommend your favourite show! Also I'm lazy. So go!

Twin Peaks: I'll think about it, though I hear it falls apart in the second season. Lost: I'd rather not. Chuck: I've thought about watching it before but was undecided. It's a maybe. Psych: Same with Chuck. I kind of feel the shows are similar for some reason, though as far as I've heard they aren't. Monk: Seen it. Breaking Bad: Don't remember why I haven't seen it. Very possible. Castle: Watched a few of the early episodes, enjoyed it, but for some reason didn't stick with it. May revisit. Bones: Watched some of it, kinda lost interest as I recall. The Mentalist: Fallen behind, but great show. Just need to remember where I lost the loop and pick up.

Apparently I'm also giving my thoughts on the shows mentioned. Because..why not?
Doctor Who: It looks interesting. It sounds interesting. People have told me to watch it. But honestly I wouldn't know where to start. Community: I think I've seen two or three random episodes. It looks alright, I've heard varying things. The specific episodes I saw didn't have a great impact. Might give it a go. Dexter: Seen it, already caught up.

Doctor who is really hard to " get into " cause the first season isn't really on-par with the others. Aside from a few gems. If you want you can start at the 11th doctor since they're sort of like a reboot in the sense that the production crew and everything are different and you don't really need to know much to get into it, or trudge through the first season.
Also, if you like Dexter, you'll probably love Breaking Bad. It has a similar premise.

Brawl is like ZSS' breasts. Well rounded for casual players. http://img.imgcake.com/1319527328883gifad.gif
As far as Doctor Who goes..well..yeah, that's kind of what I always hear. Varying places I should start and that certain parts won't be gripping enough to hold my attention.
Deadwood: I'm not really familiar with the show. Apparently it was good, that is all I know. Various DC shows: I've seen some of them, enjoyed Batman, not interested in watching any of them at the moment though.
I'll probably watch an episode of Breaking Bad (And maybe Community) just to give the shows a feel. I was planning on watching Breaking Bad eventually anyway. Suggestions and reasons posted will get replied too, eventually, and good reasons will convince me to watch stuff (Even if not immediately)

It never shows on-air anymore, though, but it can be found plentifully elsewhere.

Parks and Rec Young Justice Mt Little Pony: Friendship is Magic
These are the only show running now that I care about so I recommend all of them as well. You should really check out Community though too. It needs all the help it can get. Watch it on Hulu or NBC.com.
Game of Thrones: Seen it, obv. Doctor Who and Community have been given a lot of love, so I'll give them a go. Archer: Seen it. Six Feet Under: I'm aware of it. That's really all I can say about it. Battlestar Galactica:I'm not initially interest, would require some selling. Arrested Development: Seen it Parks and Rec: I saw most of the first season. Is that a good gauge for the show? If it is I didn't really get into it. My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Seen i-- *head explodes* The Wire: Might look into it. Cheap Seats: Seen it, actually. Young Justice: Since it's been mentioned more then once I'll ask how it is, I'm not familiar with it.
EDIT: Drew Carey Improv dealie Is it better then Who's Line? Hm? HM!?

Korayashi posted... Young Justice: Since it's been mentioned more then once I'll ask how it is, I'm not familiar with it.
It's like a young version of Justice League. Those DC superheroes who are members of their fictional covert operation called Young Justice. The time in the series is when superheroes is still a fairly new phenomenon.
It started in January, after 10 episodes it went on a six month hiatus. It has taken another short one, but nothing big really, it aired in November, but has taken a break in December mainly because of christmas. Should be back in January.
Also watch One Piece!

Farscape: Somewhat familiar with, but not enough to know why I should be interested. Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Seen it. Leverage: Never heard of it, or simply do not remember hearing of it. HIMYM: Seen it. I have trouble considering giving Parks and Recs another go knowing now it's one of those shows you must struggle through a season of before it has value. One Piece: Not particularly interested in it, seen a few episodes. I like None Piece though >.> Friday Night Lights: High School Football + Drama? Would need to be sold on that.

The first season of Parks and Recs is six episodes long. It introduces the characters for the most part (though you can ignore first season Leslie because she gets a lot better than that). It's worth sitting through.
24: Seen a day or two, not really interested. 30 Rock: Seen it. Arrested Development: Seen it Battlestar Galactica: Not interested. Boardwalk Empire: I saw a few episodes with my grandparents since my uncle was watching it. That was awkward. Seemed like a good show though. Breaking Bad: It won out earlier, need to actually watch it. Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Seen it. Chuck: I'm more interested in Chuck then Psych..or vice versa. I have trouble differentiating the two for some reason. Community: Okay okay, I'll watch it already. Jeez guys. Dexter: Seen it. Eastbound and Down: Never heard of it. Entourage: Never seen an episode, but heard of it. Will consider. Game of Thrones: Fun fact: I marathoned it a few days ago after deciding to watch something before going to sleep. Worth it. Heroes: Seen a few episodes, didn't really hold my interest. House M.D: Seen it, not caught up. How I Met Your Mother: Seen it. It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia: Seen a few episodes, enjoyed it. Will probably watch at some point. Lost: Not interested. Louie: I'm aware of it. Kinda. It's some kinda show like Curb your Enthusiasm or something, right? Mad Men: I'm aware of it, but haven't looked into it further. Modern Family: Seen it. Oz: Looked into it quite a bit in the past. May give it a watch. Parks and Recreations: Given rather elaborate opinion in post above this one. Scrubs: Seen it Six Feet Under: Already mentioned earlier. Sons of Anarchy: Heard good things about it, may give it a look. The Office: Stopped watching it during a period it was becoming really awful. I imagine it got better. The League: Seen a few episodes, it was alright as I recall. Nothing spectacular if I remember right. The Shield: Never caught my interest. The Sopranos: Seen it. The Walking Dead: Heard some pretty awful things, but curious about it. May give a watch. The Wire: A lot of positive mentions, might give it a look. Twin Peaks: Mentioned earlier, I have heard it falls apart and is not a rewarding ending. Whose Line Is It Anyway?: Seen it.
