Popular match.

I see a rain of lava as being more effective than sapphire. As well as lava hurting more, it probably melts the sapphire if they're in direct conflict. Rain of Spirit doesn't sound like it does much, and there is no ether to abjure. Electrical Bolts are probably Yoshi's best spell.

Whilst all Yoshi has is offensive spells of varying use, I have the aforementioned rain of lava, a perfect poison hex, a curse that creates barbs that freeze the enemy in time, and a spell that can alter how he breathes; like making it stop altogether. I wear him down with debuffs here whilst rain of lava is the more effect AoE in the approach.

Also, the lava will go straight through any metallic cover he might try and use, whilst I wouldn't have the same problem. In fact, his bolts will probably be attracted to any bits of metal rather than me, so I could be golden here, thanks to the terrain.

well, this is actually a pretty good match, and I couldn't decide a winner, so I decided to wait and see what the writeups would be.
