This one worries me a lot, and I find it very weird everyone is going with the vampires.
The vampires' resume is largely build upon kicking Shepard's ass. The problem I have with this is newer rivalries have looked pretty bad over all, and I think the mass effect duo was overhyped pretty massively. Their % against Phoenix doesn't look too good either when you think what it means they'd get on Gordon.
Frog/Magus have looked worse percentage wise but they have faced people I respect more. Metal Gear is a pretty known quantity and has always had a good following on here. Portal 2 likely massively boosted the Portal duo and I have more respect for them than either duo Alucard beat.

I say go with Frog/Magus if you want to win the contest. This is the ideal time for the upset that no one will see coming. All of the elements are there. Underestimating frog's path. Overestimating Alucard's path. Everyone seems to be just fine taking Alucard for no real reason. This isn't a character battle in the traditional sense, Alucard's victory over Magus means very little.
But, I think Alucard still should be the very slight favorite if you are just interested in playing it safe.
