I can sort of see where they're coming from - music piracy REALLY hurts that industry - but I think that game music isn't something that spreads normally. Putting game music up on youtube probably nets it way more sales than otherwise. Look at something like Nier - I bet you it got a good number of sales via word of mouth, when it would have gotten 0 otherwise.
