Mario Kart is Mario Kart. If you like Mario Kart, you'll like MK7. It's got great tracks and great online options, and Board 8 has its B8 community.

On the contrary, my dear GMUN, Mario is Mario and Mario Kart is top-tier Mario Kart! Or something like that.

I havent gotten to play either, but I had the same choice to make, and everyones been raving about Mario 3D, so I went with that.

SM3DL is a bit different from Mario usually is. It's more of a blend of 2D Mario and 3D Mario - it's definitely better than any portable Mario game ever.

Mario's fantastic. fun game that's easy to pick up, play, and charm out the ass.
Mario Kart well im' not that good at Mario Kart so just getting used to it. feels better than most of the others, so there's that.

the system has plenty of other games to choose from however, ranging from $10-$40 really. hope you're getting it at best buy so you can take advantage of both their Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale and their 3DS deal right now. net yourself a 3DS and 3 games for about $200 when it's all said and done.
