I've played through it and Illusion of Gaia though not Terranigma.

Soul Blazer is pretty awesome, though it's a little awkward to pick up because of fairly unique controls.

Great game, and its spiritual sequels are even better. Terranigma alternates with a couple others for my favorite SNES game.
