Yes but considering that banks SAVE a ridiculous amount of money by going paperless, charging their customers for it is downright criminal.

BoA being the worst bank I've ever had an account at notwithstanding, I really don't know why people don't go the credit union route. No monthly fees, 10 dollar overdraft fees instead of 35 dollar overdraft fees, access to free ATMs at any credit union in the country, and they aren't trying to gouge you for money. The only downside with my credit union is the interest rate on my savings account would have been kind of meh, but that's why I have an online savings account, which gives me a flat 1% interest rate as opposed to BoA's 0.05% interest rate.
I literally have no idea why people have BoA accounts. It's almost like they don't like having money.
