...ONLINE FIGHTING, my eighteen-minute play about two gamers rekindling a feud. It got its first production last month with the Wild Thyme Players (link above). Thanks for the kind words (and game-cred), SB!

That quote's not why the topic's being made though, because even better news is going down. The two-act version of ONLINE FIGHTING (made long after the original version in the link) was selected by the Tennessee Stage Company for a stage-reading in this year's New Play Festival! For those keeping track, they had a table-reading for it last time along with two other plays; they each got four public readings with actors around a table. My play is now one of the two plays picked to return for a stage-reading; it'll have actors moving on-stage with basic props/set/costumes/sound (though still using scripts) and another public audience. I'll get to both see how it works off-paper AND test some changes I made since last year. Furthermore, it's now eligible to get a three-week production as the headliner of next year's New Play Festival.

This is, to put it eloquently, ballin' outta control.
