They're not completely out of most of their games, they just always seem to find ways to lose or just be inferior.

In the Dolphins case, they've got the fight, they just lose by sheer talent, like they did today. They weren't supposed to suck though.

Their defense has regressed even more than last year, and their offensive line is down to the 3rd and 4th string backups.

But Manning's presence completely changes how opposing defenses handle the Colts. If it was Manning against 6 man-rushes with man-to-man coverage, he would burn them every single time. Painter has a good grasp of the offense, he just has no talent.

It was actually more like 6.3-6.4 last season, but Collins managed to be almost a full -1 in three games, so that wasn't helping them.
