Am I right in thinking that, aside from going online and helping another player defeat a boss, all the things that shift World Tendency towards White are one-off events? The various NPCs, Major Demons, Phantoms etc don't respawn until NG+?

Online doesn't really seem to work for me. It was fine the first time, but now, even when I connect there are no bloodstains or messages anywhere. And the supposed all-pure-black Halloween event doesn't appear to be taking effect.

Yeah, it's annoying as hell to do PWWT events. I had to wait until they did an online event that set everything to PW to do any of those. And helping other players beat a boss doesn't affect your WT, but your Player Tendency.

Tendency is something I'm REALLY glad they scrapped in Dark Souls.
