Board 8 > Is there a way to make Steam not use all my bandwith when I download?

Because it's pretty annoying, whenever I download something on Steam I can't use Internet at all until the download is finished.

Any suggestion?

For instance I had to stop my download just to post this topic.

Steam, apparently, doesn't have an option to limit bandwidth.

I just did that, no idea if it changed anything but if I can post and access some website it might have helped.

Or maybe I'm just lucky.
