What are the best mini games? I found I still have 4 bucks left in my PSN wallet from a while back, and the Mini games are only ones I've found that I can buy with 4 bucks.

My advice is to steer clear of those. There might be some good ones, but they're mainly the equivalent of the iOS App Store games you don't hear anything about. ...I guess there's a version of Tetris that's okay, but even then I'd spring for the full version.
