Personally, if somebody doesn't notice something like that and guesses the wrong answer I don't consider them dumb. Plus it's designed in such a way for your attention to perhaps not be drawn to focusing on it.

I saw one where an answer was minus one, despite it being obviously wrong and impossible to get due to there being no minuses in the question it got the top vote.
