For some reason I am not allowed to fill out a Karma entry. It's been this way since day one. At first I was only able to fill out an entry for fun, then a few days later the contest entry opened up, but the Karma entry was still locked. Now the contest entry is the only one that is open and the other two are both locked. O_o I'm confused.

I believe since the Karma entry rewards only online, account-related prizes, you aren't required to fill in personal information, since they wouldn't use it anyway. The only thing you could put there that they would use is the tiebreaker, which you should be able to do. You should be able to fill in your bracket without a problem.
