Because when I have a question not answered in your FAQ, the obvious answer to my E-Mail is an automated message, pretending to be a real person, copy and pasting that section of your FAQ.

I wrote a letter to the author of Goosebumps when I was a kid. got back an automatic letter saying he was too busy for me and got a stock list of questions I might have asked.
