The first shipping change was on Tuesday, four days after the order. If each shipping date change happened within a week of each other, but did not occur on a weekend, what is the longest possible number of days between the order and the final shipping date change?

Hint 1: Amazon likes to change shipping dates to make people cry, but don't start crying over this puzzle! It's just simple math!
Hint 2: If the furthest apart the shipping date changes can be is a week, and the first one was on a Tuesday, then a certain part of this puzzle is only there to throw you off. Now even an Amazon Customer Support Agent could figure this out!
