What makes you say Stray Demon is easy souls? Similarly, got stranded in the Blighttown swamp getting the crimson armor set. Couldn't get back across the bridge because I stubbed my toe and and got tossed off every single time so I had to burn a homeward bone to take my souls with me. Somewhere between beating the Assylum Demon and landing in Lordran I decided, "Yah know what, **** the tarus demon, I'ma go through blighttown right off the bat and get myself an Iaito." And I got my sword. Got a DRAGON HEAD too, but I really don't suggest going through the great hollow that early. SHINE GET 64 10/20/11 7:51:00 AM #40:	reads through topic real quick I found killing the skeleton fetuses near Nito gives better Humanity than farming rats and my equipment is full Havel, using True Greatsword of Astorias +5 for normal enemies and the DKG+5 for bosses. Ayuyu 10/20/11 8:50:00 AM #43:	To not get hit by the Stray Demon at the start of the battle it's really easy, run toward him and roll when he attacks, you should already be behind and you'll have plenty of time to heal once he uses his explosions attacks. Also if you're underleved bring a bleeding weapon, my Thief killed him in one attempt just after I killed the gargoyles cause bleeding is so good against him. Imo, the best humanity farming while still not being totally monotonous is the Duke's Achives fighting squid snakes. 2-3 humanity per 2 trips (with mimic helmet ^_^) and a way better soul gain?
