If you are just breezing these picks maybe think twice about it. Also, any feed back or opinions = awesome. (Bold are my picks)
First Round:
(4) Conker vs. Great Mighty Poo
(5) Ike vs. Black Knight
- Joke power may prevail on a usually hapless Ike, but I like him in this. I never trust joke characters, but usually pay for it. A giant pile of crap might stir up some voters.
(3) Kirby vs. Meta Knight
(6) Jill Valentine vs. Nemesis
- Once upon a time Jill beat Kirby. It's not out of the question here, but I see it as unlikely.
(2) Sub-Zero vs. Scorpion
(7) Leon vs. Ada Wong
- I believe Leon would have great chance at beating Scorpion alone and a fair chance at beating Sub Zero alone. But this is a case of where one team outclasses another in nostalgia and popularity. Had to pick MK to win this one.
(2) Fox McCloud vs. Wolf O'Donnell
(7) Yuna vs. Seymour
- I really wanted to pick Yuna for FFX strength. But in reality, I really don't know who to pick at all.
(2) Tidus vs. Jecht
(7) Big Boss vs. The Boss
- I like this pick. A lot. Not saying its a lock though.
(1) Phoenix Wright vs. Edgeworth
(8) Gordon Freeman vs. Dr. Breen
- The board loves Phoenix but I can't see that saving him from re-living his GFNW nightmare.
(3) Chell vs. GlaDOS
(6) Ness vs. Giygas
- Like Yuna and Fox, I'm having a hard time coming to a decision on this. This is another where I don't know who to pick at all.
(3) Crash vs. Neo Cortex
(6) Pac-Man vs. Blinky
- Both Pac-Man and Crash are complete fodder. At least there was a time where Pac-Man mattered in this contest, even though it was just a little. Also, Pac has a win over Ocelot, something Crash would wet his pants to have (which goes to show how much of a pillow fight this match is).
(4) Siegfried vs. Nightmare
(5) Ramza vs. Delita
- Ramza is competition for the likes of Laharl and Hogger. That never bodes well. FFT is a great game, and Delita only makes Ramza stronger, but Nightmare will carry this one out for the team. Not overly confident in this though.
I hope Adolf loses worse than Tanner. I'm blatantly leaving him out of this topic.
