I've played MoO2 and was wondering how MoO3 stacked up to it.

Master of Orion is currently my favorite game of all time. MOO2 isn't quite as good, but it's still pretty high up there. MOO3 is pretty bad. It either has a lot more micro than MOO2, or it hides the micro behind poor governing AI. Basically, I wouldn't recommend it to most fans of the first two.

Well, I was able to get MOO3 for free (legally through GameFly's Digital beta,) only free game on there that I was somewhat interested in. I really enjoyed MOO2, but I can't find it anywhere. I take that back, I can find it now, last time I looked, it wasn't readily available anywhere.
