And by in-depth, I don't mean aesthetically. I mean changes that actually affect how other characters interact with the character you create, and things like that. Things that impact the gameplay.

In Daggerfall you can influence your affinity toward several groups and races in the character creator IIRC

I was wondering if I'd get any non-wRPG suggestions, since that seems to be the go to genre for this kind of thing. Some simulation games too, maybe.

It's a feature I really like in games, but it's impossible for me to find games that have it.
