Awful management, high turnover rates, overworking the developers. The game took 7 years to make for a reason.

Did you guys really miss that whole thing when LA Noire came out? It was pretty huge.

Basically, the management (especially the boss) of Team Bondi treated the devs really really badly which almost killed the game until R* came in and saved it.

There are some pretty lengthy interviews with some of the devs that explains how tyrannical the boss guy was and such.

People are so damn stupid. It's like treat people how you want to be treated was never taught to them. Showing a little bit of courtesy goes a long way. Look at Valve for example
