Round 2. 20 Characters have fallen by the wayside in Round 1, but we're not slowing down in shifting some more.

Round 2 is borrowing from the 'user of the year' format, in which 10 Characters will go up for votes every day, and the bottom 3 will be eliminated, no second chances this time.

Rules

2) You must assign all of the points, and you can only choose a character once.
3) Matches last 24 hours, and you can only vote once.
4) No alts, trading or rallying.
5) The 3 characters with the lowest total at the end of voting will be eliminated.
