NBA and NFL will always be superior. I f w/ college sports but the talent discrepancy is so huge that I do not see how it is possible to like the ncaa better. That's like saying you prefer little league to MLB

I do not see how it is possible to like the ncaa better

I think the rivalries are certainly a big part of it. Even Celtics/Lakers can't compare to Duke/UNC and the hatred there. Also I think it's easier to build an attachment to certain players as long as they stay for the four years. In the NBA you have your stars, but most of the players seem like mercenaries constantly shifting around. I got way more attached to JJ Reddick than I was ever able to with an NBA player. That's why in the NBA people seem to follow and root for certain stars instead of teams so much.

That's why I like NCAA better anyway.

And really, I find the excitement of March Madness largely gone after the first two rounds. When it gets down to only a couple of games, it's not really Madness anymore.
