They've finally added a way to combine lollipop sticks, including an outfit. The scaffold is either something to do with the next part of the diorama or a multi-use for new campground housing.

Potato hasn't blocked a single attack so far. The block rate, which I should have looked up before trying this, is apparently 1.5 * wt%. Screw that. I'm switching to cocoabo in the upper chamber, and fairy in the middle chamber for ancient magi-wipes.

Simplest way is to go into /newbie, say hi, and start handing out stocking stuffers to random people. I did this on Null Vision and in a few minutes people had gifted me all the big presents.

Pretty nice Crimbo haul so far. I made around 5m on my alt, and around 2.5m on my main (which is not bad considering that my main was ascending for the first couple weeks of December).
Mining candy gems is the most profitable thing I've found. As soon as you get a gem, refresh the mine, because the gems are worth way more than the ingots, and there are a fixed quantity of gems/cave-ins per mine.
