A Time to Tell, the Boy Scouts of America's hilarious effort to teach boys how to avoid sexual abuse. It's infused with pure late 80's cheesiness and contains highlights such as:

-"Well, I'M not a homosexual...at least, I think I'm not."
-a power ballad theme song with guitar solo
-the most meta moment in safety video history
-rapid cut editing to flash through long stories
-an ending sequence with more innuendo than you can shake a 7-inch telescope at

The video is in higher quality on youtube but that version lacks the hilarious ending sequence, so this will do.

That was like a bad sitcom.

I especially like the part where they make the dad out to be a irresponsible parent for not listening when the kid didn't tell him ****.

Also the part where the grandma is ridiculing him. It almost sounds like she was disappointed he got caught and was giving him advice on how to not get caught.
