A Time to Tell, the Boy Scouts of America's hilarious effort to teach boys how to avoid sexual abuse. It's infused with pure late 80's cheesiness and contains highlights such as:
-"Well, I'M not a homosexual...at least, I think I'm not." -a power ballad theme song with guitar solo -the most meta moment in safety video history -rapid cut editing to flash through long stories -an ending sequence with more innuendo than you can shake a 7-inch telescope at
The video is in higher quality on youtube but that version lacks the hilarious ending sequence, so this will do.

I'll watch it, but I figure I should ask in advance: Is it an actual safety video? A satire of safety videos? An actual safety video, seemingly written by a guy who thought safety videos were silly and wasn't capable of making a serious one?

I especially like the part where they make the dad out to be a irresponsible parent for not listening when the kid didn't tell him ****.
Also the part where the grandma is ridiculing him. It almost sounds like she was disappointed he got caught and was giving him advice on how to not get caught. " You relied on the other members to not tell, but YOU are the oldest one. You needed to be responsible for them
It was so easy, they just fell for it. Exactly, that is the point "
