- when you hover over the icon, a jack frost going HEE HOOOO! plays. i will find a way to get this audio file for regular use.
- voice acting is nice so far. though Naoya doesn't sound right but i'm early. at the least it made me make sure that i'm not doing a Yuzu run first. the VA brings out the real "this chick is an idiot and is alive for who knows why." and Pixie got a sexy voice. seems demons have 'crys' like pokemon now. Kaido sounds pretty badass too so i actually might use him this time.
- there's a severe lack of 3D but i think everyone getting this knew that. - 3 save slots is good.
the game is really more like 80% the DS game really thus far 1-2 hours in. VA work makes most of that 20%. well, that and the comps look like 3DS now too. some minor stuff got added in like new moves, demons, and obviously the 8th day, but all that's quite a while away.

the fusion 3d effects are nice at least. like, the only 3d in the game besides the opening and title screen. and i heard midori not too long ago and... still hate yuzu more. all she does is whine whine whine, at least midori sounds all happy go lucky. hopefully the transition she has into insane will sound well!

That's all Yuzu being Yuzu though, not the VA doing poorly. If anything I'd say she's working off of what she's got perfectly!
(seriously, Yuzu is a pretty large fail compared to most characters Atlus has put out, so having her voiced just made it all the more obvious)

well yeah, i'm not complaining on the va work. she's bringing her to life pretty well which is a horrible fact in life, but a job well done. yuzu just happens to be very similar to yukari in most regards - she's the most normal person in the game. thing is, she's a normal teenage girl. and while yukari eventually snaps, yuzu... doesn't.

oh **** me there's still a freeze bug. i haven't run into any issues with status effects and have been hit by quite a few. but ANALYZE stuff? bam, froze on my first try.
i assume that just was random chance, but yeah. remember to save in battle too. forgot to. thankfully was just a free battle (though now i gotta find those 2 skills to crack)

...okay yep, midori's voice is plenty annoying. i see they wanted to go the 'annoying fangirl' route with her. which.... is quite possibly the most accurate voice yet considering how insane she gets later.

into day 5 thus far and honestly have not changed much of my old strategies. i'm running veerry similar fusions. but i don't remember 1) Pierce, and 2) the all hit medium phys damage move. Mow Rush or something. it's made a physical mc pretty doable, though i'm pumped with magic.

checked, Mow Down is the name. and i'm pretty sure this is a new one added on because honestly, if it were there physical characters would've ALL got it. the original sorely was missing phys techs, this one isn't.

yeeeeeep. especially as i assume everyone and their mother planted anti-fire on him in the first place. hell, he's actually MORE useful now because of the extra phys techs. now i have him running 2 spells + 1 phys move so he's always awesome. he starts losing some of his usefulness when you can make that LV34 tyrant (who of course is also immune to damn near everything) but really, he's pretty damn amazing.
